Job Summary:
Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners who have expressed interest in remodeling their bathroom, generating new opportunities through outbound calling, and confirming scheduled appointments for our design consultants.
The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is highly organized, and has the ability to build rapport while helping homeowners take the next step toward their remodeling project.
Duties:
- Contact homeowners by phone to schedule and confirm in-home bathroom remodeling consultations.
- Follow up with prospective customers who have requested information about our products and services.
- Qualify homeowners by asking the appropriate questions to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and help minimize cancellations and no-shows.
- Clearly communicate our remodeling process, current promotions, and what customers can expect during their free in-home design consultation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment scheduling to the in-home consultation.
- Meet daily and weekly goals for outbound calls, appointments set, appointment confirmations, and customer contact.
Skills:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and overcoming common objections.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
