Partner with an Established MSO | "Friendly PC" Model
Unity MSO is seeking an entrepreneurial, California-licensed Physician (MD or DO) to assume corporate ownership of of a thriving and deeply rooted community primary care practice in Norwalk, CA.
This opportunity is structured under California’s Friendly PC-MSO framework. It is specifically designed for a physician leader who wishes to utilize their credentials for corporate governance, compliance oversight, and strategic administrative leadership rather than daily, face-to-face clinical rotations.
Core Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance: Serve as the 100% Shareholder, President, and Board Member of the Professional Corporation (PC).
- Compliance & Oversight: Act as the administrative medical authority—signing off on corporate documents, reviewing clinical protocols, and ensuring the practice adheres to California Medical Board guidelines.
- Mid-Level Collaboration: Collaborate with and provide structured chart review/protocols for the clinic's established team of experienced Mid-level Providers (NPs/PAs).
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with Unity MSO, which provides full-turnkey operational management, facility logistics, marketing, staffing, and billing infrastructure.

Compensation Structure
To reflect the progressive onboarding and alignment of corporate responsibilities, compensation is structured as follows:
- Phase 1: Payor credentialing period ($1,000 / month)
- Phase 2: Execution of corporate bylaws, share transfer, and initialization of corporate roster updates. ($1,500 / month)
- Phase 3: Fully transitioned corporate owner; ongoing weekly administrative oversight and chart review. ($2,000 / month)
Estimated Time Requirements
- 1 to 2 hours weekly (Highly flexible, asynchronous remote work for chart reviews and digital document signatures).
Anticipated Transition Timeline
- Payor & IPA Credentialing Alignment: July 2026 – September 2026
- Corporate Initiation & Share Transfer: October 2026 – May 2027
- Full Administrative Governance Deployment: June 2027 onward
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California Physician and Surgeon License (MD or DO).
- Clean malpractice history.
