Requirements:
What You’ll Do

Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services

Help residents regain mobility, function, and independence

Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary care team

Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes
What We’re Looking For

1-2 years of experience

Licensed PT or new graduate approaching licensure

Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
