We’re looking for a HR Technology Analyst - ServiceNow / PowerBI to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with the Director of HR Technology and team to implement and enhance HR systems, ensure accurate and efficient data transfers, and drive innovative solutions that support business operations. You’ll combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of HR processes to optimize system functionality, improve reporting, and deliver exceptional customer support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.

Experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD required

Experience with PowerBI preferred
4+ years of HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems administration experience.
Experience implementing and integrating configurable HR or Payroll systems.
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; SharePoint knowledge preferred.
Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.
Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.
Salary Range – $85,000 to $95,000
Remote Role, Minimal travel possible but not required
