Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and buffet stations
- Replenish food and beverage stations regularly to ensure availability throughout service hours
- Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests, providing tailored options when needed
- Assist with food handling, presentation, and basic food preparation tasks to uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience serving in restaurants, catering events, or banquet settings demonstrates versatility in food presentation and guest interaction
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices is essential
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation adds value to the role
