Annual Salary: $44,439.61
Semi-Monthly Salary: The current rate for this position is $1,851.65. Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay).

The Welfare Investigations Unit is looking for a Non-Commissioned Investigator to join our team. In this role, you won't just browse the internet, you will leverage databases, open-source intelligence, and sharp interviewing skills to protect public resources and ensure system integrity.
Responsibilities - What you’ll do
What you'll do:
- Investigate & Analyze: Receive fraud referrals, conduct preliminary investigations, and dive deep into databases to analyze complex information and formulate a strategic course of action.
- Interview & Connect: Conduct telephone interviews to gather critical facts and clarify details.
- Document & Report: Maintain meticulous tracking of complaints and referrals, translating your findings into clear, concise, and impactful reports.

Qualifications - All you need for success
Minimum Qualifications:
2 or more years of relevant experience. A working knowledge of welfare benefit programs and experience in eligibility determination is a plus.
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting research, collecting and organizing documents along with good interpersonal and written communication skills. These skills should be reflected in the candidates’ resume.
