The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling, consumer-focused creative that strengthens the Dollar Loan Center brand across digital, print, retail, and advertising channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and marketing team, this position develops creative campaigns for websites, email, social media, retail locations, digital advertising, traditional media, events, and internal communications while maintaining brand consistency and meeting business objectives. This role requires a highly creative, organized, adaptable, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Design website, email, mobile, and digital marketing assets based on marketing objectives and approved specifications.

Conceptualize, design, and produce creative marketing materials across digital, print, social media, retail, and traditional advertising channels.

Create graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, promotional campaigns, and internal communications.

Maintain Dollar Loan Center brand standards across all creative materials.

Design signage, point-of-sale materials, window graphics, promotional merchandise, environmental graphics, event materials, and retail marketing assets.

Ensure digital creative complies with ADA accessibility standards where applicable.

Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with printers, vendors, and outside partners.

Review proofs for quality, spelling, color accuracy, layout, and production specifications before release.

Manage assigned projects through Monday.com, including updating task status, documenting revisions, tracking deadlines, communicating project progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Maintain organized project files, creative assets, templates, and version control.

Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders while balancing feedback and maintaining deadlines.

Adapt creative direction based on stakeholder feedback, compliance requirements, and changing business priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.

4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.

Corporate or agency experience preferred.

Portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising, digital marketing, print production, retail signage, and campaign development required.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Working knowledge of Canva for branded marketing materials and templates.

Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software.

Experience with social media posting tools, creating print ads, brochures, signage, social media ads, email marketing.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Mac OS.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Figma, Adobe Express, or motion graphics is a plus.

Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly or ChatGPT is preferred.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. A must.
