Raceway is looking to hire a fast learner who can cook and can provide excellent customer service to the customers and must be able to follow the manager's instructions to perform the job.
Requirements:
-Must have a reliable transportation.
-Must be able to get a bar card in order to sell alcohol and tobacco.
-Must be able to provide great customer service
- Must be punctual.
Kitchen Duties:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
