Your days off could look like sea kayaking, hiking and biking, whale and wildlife watching from spring through autumn, and exploring local farms, vineyards and farm-to-table restaurants. What you'll be doing
- Running the pharmacy as your own; you'll own the schedule, lead the team, and make the day-to-day calls.
- Leading a team of three technicians and another pharmacist, with a separate manager handling the retail front-end so you can focus on the pharmacy.
- Keeping up with a busy, fast-moving dispensary processing roughly 300–600 scripts a day, with high transfer volumes through the island's long, tourism-driven peak season.
- Making the most of the on-site automation (dispensing robots and prescription tech) to keep the workflow smooth and safe.
- Being the clinical anchor for the team, the person staff and patients turn to and trust.

What you'll need
- An active pharmacist license, or willingness to obtain Washington licensure (full support provided for out-of-state candidates)
