Job Overview
Our client is looking for someone with a hospitality background who can leverage technical experience from schooling or working. This person will be responsible for creating new AI agents accross ChatGPT and Copilot for hotel workers and corporate staff to automate functions and workflows. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy with some AI experience (personal projects experience accepted) and will have experience working in a hotel.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience building AI tools utilizing ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, or Microsoft Copilot
- Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to translate business ideas into functional AI solutions
- Experience building, testing, and refining AI workflows, agents, or automations
- Ability to understand business requirements and determine the most appropriate AI tool or solution for the use case
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate operational needs into technical AI solutions
- Experience gathering user feedback, monitoring tool adoption, and making improvements based on business needs
Nice to Haves:
- Hospitality industry experience, particularly within hotel operations, spa operations, sales, events, or commercial services
- Experience building Microsoft Copilot Agents
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Custom GPT development, and AI product deployment
- Experience supporting AI product operations and user adoption
- Degree or formal education in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Knowledge of hotel technology platforms and hospitality workflows
Day to Day:
- Support the design, development, and deployment of AI tools used by hotel colleagues across client
- Help manage a backlog of approximately 60 AI tools, supporting the delivery of roughly 30 tools every 8 weeks
- Build and optimize Custom GPTs, AI skills, and prompt-based solutions using ChatGPT and OpenAI technologies
- Translate operational business challenges into practical AI solutions and workflows
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify the right AI tool, GPT, agent, or workflow for specific business applications
- Build and support Microsoft Copilot Agents that automate business processes and improve productivity
- Test, refine, and validate AI tools with end users to ensure successful adoption
- Monitor AI tool performance and gather feedback from hotel teams and business users
- Troubleshoot operational issues and drive continuous improvement of deployed AI solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams supporting larger, more complex AI products and agent ecosystems
- Support Commercial Services and Events teams with AI-driven initiatives and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to enhance hotel operations through automation, AI, and workflow optimization
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
