Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Manage cash handling with precision, including cash register operations and balancing drawers at shift end
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Demonstrate high level of attention to details
Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, but not required especially within grocery or retail environments
- MUST have drivers license for 3 or more years
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
