Our veteran office is looking for a motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic Dental Sterilization Assistant who is eager to learn about dentistry and become an important part of our clinical team. This position is ideal for pre-dental, pre-dental hygiene, or dental assisting students who want meaningful clinical exposure before entering professional school.
At our practice, you won’t simply be cleaning instruments—you’ll become an integral member of our team while gaining firsthand knowledge of how a successful private practice operates and how exceptional patient care is delivered.

Responsibilities
- Sterilize, disinfect, and organize dental instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Clean, disinfect, and prepare treatment rooms between patients
- Take high-quality digital dental radiographs
- Assist hygienists with periodontal charting
- Support doctors and clinical team members during patient care as needed
- Stock treatment rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Keep the clinical area organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Contribute to an exceptional patient experience by supporting the entire dental team
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate interested in dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Radiography certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification if required (employer can reimburse!)
