As a Foundation Repair Technician, you'll work alongside an experienced crew installing foundation repair systems, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, structural supports, and other solutions that protect homeowners' largest investment. Responsibilities
- Assist in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and crawl space repair projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Dig, lift, carry, and perform other physical labor as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow directions from crew leaders and work as part of a team.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners while on job sites.
- Accurately complete daily tasks while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Represent Level Up Foundation Repair with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, basements, and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Construction or labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Construction or general labor experience.
- Foundation repair or waterproofing experience.
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other equipment.
- Concrete or masonry experience.
- Carpentry experience.
- Mechanical aptitude.

Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
