Warner Injury & Chiropractic has an opening for a contracted service provider / Licensed Massage Therapist
Job requirements:
- Welcoming each client to a comfortable and clean environment. Our clinic primarily services personal injury, worker's compensation and VA patients. The modalities offered differs from a spa environment as it is very medically focused. Based upon the state mandated clinic status, tips are not allowed to be collected at this location.
- Providing the highest quality services in the industry while maintaining our uncompromising standards to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Working as a team to ensure that proper diagnosis codes are utilized and acute versus complex cases are identified.
- Setting expectations with patients with regards to care. Some patients want a full-body massage, but the VA will not authorize that. Adhering to the prescribed therapy is important and communication with the patient is key.
- Performing other daily duties as delegated by the management team.
Applicant must possess:
- A professional and customer service-oriented demeanor.
- Demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and concern for clients' needs with a professional and pleasant attitude.
- Dressing in a professional manner, consistent with dress code (solid black scrubs)
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule based on client demand, including days and evenings.
Must be able to abide by the doctor’s orders and NOT perform any treatments that haven’t been pre-approved.
To Apply for the Position: (Pay will start out at $40 per hour) This is a 1099 position. After a satisfactory 90-day probation period, the service provider will be offered a 1-yr contract.
