Lead Patient Care Coordinator (Sales & Operations)
$24-28/hr + Monthly & Quarterly Performance Bonuses

Naya is a well-established, family-owned medical spa that has proudly served the community for over 17 years. We have evolved from aesthetics into a premier destination for aesthetic medicine, wellness, hormones, weight loss, peptides, and functional medicine.
We're looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator who is first and foremost an exceptional salesperson. This is not simply a front desk position.
You'll be the first impression for our patients, but more importantly, you'll guide consultations, educate patients, recommend treatment plans, grow memberships, convert leads, and help drive the continued growth of our practice.
For the right candidate, this role can also evolve into overseeing daily clinic operations and helping lead our team.
Who We're Looking For
You have experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic practice and understand how to confidently sell aesthetic treatments, memberships, skincare, and treatment packages.
You love talking with patients, building trust, overcoming objections, and helping people say "yes" because you genuinely believe in the treatments you're recommending.
You're organized, accountable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every interaction matters.
If you've managed a team or overseen clinic operations, even better.
Responsibilities:
Sales (Primary Focus)
- Convert phone, website, and social media leads into booked consultations
- Present treatment plans and confidently close package sales
- Grow memberships and patient loyalty programs
- Increase average patient spend
- Follow up with consultations and inactive patients
- Educate patients on treatments, skincare, wellness services, and financing
- Track and achieve monthly sales KPIs
- Help create promotions and sales initiatives
Leadership & Operations
- Support day-to-day clinic operations
- Assist with scheduling and provider workflow
- Help train and motivate team members
- Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain excellent patient experience standards
- Assist with inventory and operational organization
Front Office
- Welcome patients with exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Process payments and financing
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate patient communication and follow-up
Qualifications (Required)
- 2+ years of medical spa or aesthetic practice experience
- Experience with cosmetic injectables, laser, skincare, wellness, HRT, or weight loss services
- Proven sales experience
- Experience selling treatment packages and memberships
- Strong closing skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working toward measurable sales goals
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred
- Management or leadership experience
- Experience with Zenoti
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Marketing or social media experience

- $24-28/hour depending on experience
