Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our establishment. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms and living areas to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, etc in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other common areas of the hotel.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
