- Location: Washington, D.C. (Remote / 3 onsite visits per year)

The Opportunity
You will serve as a critical project asset, driving the execution of precise technical submittals and complex shop drawings. How You Will Make an Impact

Generate and manage precise technical submittals consistently to adhere to strict project specifications.
- Compile comprehensive submittal packages covering critical RFIs, material schedules, and manufacturer data.
- Review complex plans and specifications thoroughly to input accurate details into the order management system.
- Collaborate closely with Estimating and Project Management teams to clarify and execute the project scope.
- Employ strategic buying programs and vendor negotiations to reduce project costs and maximize budget efficiency.
- Validate vendor quotes and specialized product requirements daily to guarantee readiness for orders.
- Maintain detailed conflict records and propose engineered solutions during technical detailing meetings.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience within division 8 construction industry detailing technical project work.
- Proven ability to understand and interpret plans, specifications, addendums, and modification documents.
- Experience managing field documentation and schedule revisions driven by change orders.
- Willingness to travel to office 3 times a year
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

More than 7 years of dedicated commercial detailing experience.
- Knowledge and expertise in the construction industry with a specific emphasis on Division 8 Specialties.
