This Project Manager role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of information required during the start-up of land development for new home residential communities or commercial . Multitasking and managing information between the Development Team and various governmental agencies and departments to meet milestone dates. This includes forward planning and project management work related to projects that take undeveloped land to a ready to build vertically stage. Work encompasses but is not limited to feasibility studies, entitlements, civil improvements, conditions of approvals, and final mapping. This role is responsible for driving Development Team to meet project deadlines. The above is in part but not limited to, as we are a small family owned office .
Minimum Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field with;
- 2+ years land development, pre-construction experience is required.
- 2+ years in project management or forward planning required.
- Able to Manage numerous projects simultaneously while staying organized and on track.
- Analyze site data and due diligence efforts to effectively anticipate and resolve potential obstacles or issues that may arise during construction or throughout the residential project or active community process.
- Knowledge of processes and requirements related to land development and public works requirements for residential sub-division approval.
- Experience with civil improvement plans, entitlements, conditions of approval, final mapping, and CCR’s.
- Able to travel as required to various projects and county entities.

Pay: $65,817.91 - $79,264.57 per year
