Duties
- Lead and supervise a crew in performing lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening tasks with enthusiasm and precision ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools efficiently and safely
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while adhering to safety guidelines
- Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years lawn-care experience
- Can independently operate commercial mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowersKnows proper mowing, edging and trimming
- Can lead a small crew
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and shows up on time
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
- Able to communicate with customers professionally
- Willing to take responsibility for the route and equipment
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
