As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ office equipment running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing copiers and other office equipment by troubleshooting issues and replacing parts as needed
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep machines operating efficiently
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and care
- Communicating with office staff and team members to coordinate service and resolve issues quickly
- Documenting all service and installation work in company systems
- Building strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support
What We’re Looking For
- We’re willing to train the right candidate, but you should bring a strong desire to learn and some natural mechanical and problem-solving ability.
- Must be adept at using computers and able to perform basic print and scan connectivity installations
- Must have electronic and mechanical troubleshooting ability
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with common network issues
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
