Maintenance Technician – Immediate Opening
Fort Collins / Loveland, CO
We are an established property management company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team right away.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2–5 years in general maintenance or related trades.
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general handyman repairs.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck or SUV capable of pulling a trailer).
- Personal set of tools.
- Cell phone for communication.
- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
- Qualities: Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $20 - $25/hour. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
