CSC Commercial Cleaning has been in business for 20 years. We have a team of 7 team members. We service commercial and industrial sites. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.
Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
We will provide training for the right candidate who has strong work history and great attitude.
These positions are 10 to 35 hours a week.
Position 1- will service Spring Hill locations 20 hours Monday-Friday 6;00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Position 2- covers the areas in Lenexa, Gardner, Spring Hill, Overland Park and Olathe in Kansas area. This position you will not be working at all these locations on given shift it will vary depending on the day you would work .
Position 3- Paola in Kansas area
THESE JOBS REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE TO GO TO EACH JOB LOCATION.
Pay Structure
Pay starts out at $14.50 to $17.50 We pay for performance. We constantly review workers performance and provide compensation adjustments for excellent performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas regularly.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the facility.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide commercial cleaning services in various settings including offices, or warehouses.
- Act as a porter by keeping entrances and exits clean and free of debris.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
