Assist the Crew Foreman in executing Landscape Grounds Management Services, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, debris management, pruning, mulching, plantings, lawn installations, and basic irrigation tasks.

Load and unload equipment as required.

Operate company equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, sprayers, blowers, and hand tools.

Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment storage areas, and vehicles.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.

Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions and potentially hazardous conditions.

Punctuality and a positive attitude.
The pay range for this position is $15 to $18+ per hour, depending on experience, attitude, and punctuality.
