Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center serving adolescent males ages 12–18 who have experienced mental and behavioral challenges. Our students thrive in structured environments where they receive individualized support from dedicated mentors, therapists, and teachers.
We are currently hiring Line Staff to play a critical role in helping these young men create meaningful change in their lives.

Hands-on experience in behavioral health and social work – perfect for students or those starting a career in psychology, social work, or behavioral health

Flexible schedules—morning, swing, and grave shifts available
Part-Time, Full-Time, and PRN positions available
Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Graveyard: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
