About TSG Financial Strategies
TSG Financial Strategies is a growing wealth management firm focused on delivering highly personalized financial guidance, proactive service, and a thoughtful client experience. Our firm is built around long-term relationships, trust, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping clients feel cared for, informed, and confident in their financial lives.
We believe the client experience should feel intentional, organized, and personal — not transactional. Our team takes pride in creating a high-touch, service-first environment where clients know they are heard, supported, and valued.
As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for an Associate Wealth Advisor who can help support our Lead Advisors, strengthen client relationships, assist with financial planning and portfolio analysis, and contribute to the continued growth and scalability of the firm.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and relational sides of wealth management. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about helping clients navigate important financial decisions.
This is not a purely administrative role. This person will be expected to become a trusted extension of the advisory team and a meaningful contributor to the firm’s planning process, client service model, and long-term growth.
