Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Associate:
- Meet with prospective customers in person to discuss wireless and home internet services
- Educate customers on available telecommunications products, pricing, and promotions
- Recommend service plans and solutions based on customer needs
- Complete customer enrollments and assist with account activations
- Provide professional customer support throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Maintain positive customer relationships through strong communication and professionalism
- Track daily customer interactions and sales activity accurately
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and customer relations
- Work collaboratively with team members to support campaign growth and customer satisfaction
Qualifications for the Telecommunications Associate Role:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
