Front-of-House Team Member
Pour 54 Taphouse is hiring a friendly, dependable front-of-house team member to join our team. This position works a variety of shifts, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
Applicants must have availability Tuesday through Saturday between 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Closing shifts typically finish around 11:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday.
Our front-of-house team helps guide guests through the full Pour 54 experience, including our self-pour beer walls and self-serve wine cellar.
Pay
$10.00 per hour plus tip-out
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and complete the check-in process
- Explain how the self-pour beer walls and wine cellar work
- Help guests select the correct glassware and understand the Pour 54 experience
- Answer questions about available beer, wine, cider, seltzer, and nonalcoholic options
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Run food and assist guests throughout their visit
- Pre-bus and bus tables promptly
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables
- Keep dining areas, service areas, and guest spaces clean and organized
- Clean self-pour lines, taps, and surrounding areas
- Restock glassware, napkins, utensils, menus, and other supplies
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
- Follow responsible alcohol-service, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Complete cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned

- Dependable and consistently on time
- Available Tuesday through Saturday between 1:00 p.m. and midnight
- Able to work opening, mid, and closing shifts as scheduled
- Comfortable learning about beer, wine, and our self-pour system
- Able to explain information clearly and confidently
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and guest service
- Willing to help the team wherever needed
- Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
- Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol
About Pour 54 Taphouse
Pour 54 Taphouse is a locally owned restaurant and self-pour taphouse in downtown Rapid City. Guests can explore a rotating selection of beer, cider, wine, seltzer, and nonalcoholic beverages through our self-pour beer walls and wine cellar.
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment, and is ready to support the team throughout each shift.
