We are currently seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team immediately in the roles of Drywall Mechanics, Drywall Helpers, Framers, and Laborers. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and finish drywall surfaces with precision and attention to detail
- Frame walls, ceilings, and partitions using metal studs or wood framing materials according to construction plans
- Assist with the interpretation of technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Prepare surfaces through drywall texturing, plastering, caulking, and sanding to achieve high-quality finishes
- Support the installation of fixtures such as doors, trim carpentry elements, and hardware in accordance with project specifications
- Follow construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for all team members
- Assist with other construction tasks including masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, painting (including airless paint spraying), and restoration industry activities as needed
Qualifications
- Must have all Tools
- Must have Safety Gear
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in sheet-rock ceiling & wall
- Experience in framing (steel)
- Experience in Hangers
- Proven experience in construction roles such as drywall installation, framing, carpentry, or general labor on construction sites
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and reading construction plans or blueprints
- Familiarity with drywall repair techniques and drywall texturing methods
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for hazard prevention
- Hands-on experience with metal stud framing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and fixture installation is highly desirable
- Skilled in plumbing (including water damage restoration), masonry, remodeling projects, flooring installation, tile laying or related fields is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and work at heights as required
