Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining vehicle safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service that keeps our customers’ vehicles running smoothly and reliably. Responsibilities
- Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, repair, and replacement with precision and care
- Conduct routine oil changes and fluid top-offs using proper procedures and tools
- Assist with wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks efficiently
- Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic equipment and mechanical knowledge
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Support overall vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake checks, suspension work, and other minor repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
Qualifications
- Dealership experience or previous automotive repair background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience with tire service, oil changes, alignments, and basic repairs is highly desirable
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Service technician experience or automotive mechanic background is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for those eager to learn
- Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols is beneficial
