Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Client Associate to support administrative, operational, client service, and business development functions within our wealth management practice. This role offers exposure to client relationship management, marketing strategy, and growth initiatives, including client outreach campaigns, social media engagement, and prospecting support. Designed for individuals interested in building a long-term career in financial services, this position provides support in obtaining the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, with the opportunity to advance into an Investment Associate role upon successful licensing and demonstrated performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with opening new client accounts by accurately preparing and submitting required documentation
- Support the client onboarding process to ensure smooth and positive client experience
- Monitor document status, including importing, scanning, and submitting client paperwork
- Provide general administrative and operational support to branch management
- Maintain, process, and update client files, records, and other documentation
- Answer incoming phone calls and track inquiries as needed
- Process money movement requests, including fund transfers, disbursements, and check deliveries
- Communicate with the home office to transmit and receive operational information
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance-related activities
- Cross-train and support other operational functions as needed
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience with general office practices, procedures, and administrative support
- Proficiency in standard office equipment and software applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases, document management systems)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels
- Basic mathematical skills to support money movement and reporting tasks
- Demonstrated interest in financial planning, investments, and wealth management
- Ability and willingness to study for and pass FINRA licensing examinations within established timeframes
- Strong learning agility and commitment to professional development
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field strongly preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
- Existing FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) are a plus but not required.
- Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses as part of the role's career development path.
- Licensing support and mentorship will be provided.
