What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including halls, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor access points and help to confirm that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas, following visitor protocols and reporting concerns in line with site procedures.

Document routine activities, incidents, and/or unusual conditions, and assist with directing people during alarms, medical situations, and other security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
