Clean Eatz Fredericksburg is a health food café offering weekly meal plans, catering, custom plans, smoothies and much more. We are looking for energetic, motivated, reliable, and honest personnel to join our team. Full time and part time positions available.
Our ideal candidate will be extremely outgoing, personable, customer focused, reliable and hard working.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet customers entering and leaving the café
- Explain the Clean Eatz concept
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Make smoothies, and desserts
- Restock Grab-N-Go Freezers and marketplace items
- Assist the meal plan team with building, labeling, and stocking of weekly meals
- Assist with washing utensils and other cookware
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of nutrition is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and hard-working
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must be able to work on Sundays

Restaurant hours:
- Mon-Fri 11 AM -7 PM
- Sat-Sun 11 AM -3 PM
Wages:
- Range from $12.75-$14.00 per hour (guaranteed tips included)
Opportunity to grow within the company. Team leads and assistant managers positions will be selected from within, based on work performance.
