What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Precision Cleaning: Execute deep cleaning and high-level sanitation protocols across residential and commercial job sites (floors, facilities, offices, and common areas).
- Safety & Chemical Management: Safely handle, select, and apply correct products and chemical agents according to strict safety protocols.
- Process Execution: Follow standardized checklists and operating procedures to ensure the job is done right the first time.
- Inventory & Logistics: Manage your equipment and cleaning supply inventory, and report any site maintenance or safety hazards to management.
- Professional Integrity: Represent the company with respect, strong character, and reliability on every job site.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (Required)
- Location: Ability to commute efficiently to/around Saint Augustine, FL 32084 (Required)
- Physical Stamina: This is an active, physical role. You must be able to stand, bend, lift, and handle repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift.
- Traits: Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to getting the job done.
- Experience: No previous cleaning experience is required. We welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds (including labor, military, retail, or sports) who take pride in hard work.
