Overview
Join our team as a Generator Field Service Scheduler and become a vital link in ensuring our Generator clients are being scheduled routinely for their annual maintenance plans. In this energetic role, you will coordinate and schedule routine maintenance for our generator customer base. You will dispatch our Field Service technicians, optimize logistics, and manage dispatching processes to support our clients’ power needs. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the peace of mind the customer is after. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for generator technicians across multiple locations, ensuring timely response to client needs.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), GPS, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and other logistics tools to plan routes, track technician locations, and optimize dispatching efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data entry for scheduling logs, dispatch records, and customer information using multi-line phone systems and our data managment program, Jobber.
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams via phone and email.
Skills
- Experience with scheduling and dispatching field service technicians.
- Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone and email etiquette for interacting with our customer base and technicians.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Experience with our data scheduling software Jobber.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
