POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently hiring an experienced and dedicated Facilities Maintainer to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and operational efficiency of assigned locations. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform maintenance and upkeep of warehouse-style facilities, including interior and exterior repairs, groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, painting, equipment maintenance, and basic HVAC support.
· Will require occasional travel.

Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:
· Experience with HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing is a plus.
· Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
· Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Special Requirements:
· Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
· Ability to pass drug test & background screening
Work Schedule:
· Monday – Friday, 7:45am – 5:00pm
· Weekends as needed
· Will require travel between VSC Destin & Crestview locations on a weekly basis
Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
