Bilingual Recruiting Support Specialist (English/Spanish)
Travel/Remote, National Scale
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (DOE)
Bonus: KPI-based performance bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility Required: Extended hours during peak demand periods
Travel: 50% – 75% (up to 2–3 weeks per month, multi-state travel with short notice)
About the Role
Partners Personnel is seeking a highly driven, bilingual Recruiting Support Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts across national markets. This role is ideal for someone experienced in the light industrial, manufacturing, logistics and VMS/MSP environments who can manage multiple priorities, support account growth, and operate both remotely and in the field.
This position plays a critical role in scaling new and existing accounts, including markets where we do not yet have a physical branch presence. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is solutions-oriented, and can travel on short notice to support urgent client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Recruiting & Account Support
- Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple national accounts, including VMS/MSP job orders
- Drive applicant traffic through job postings on platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and internal databases
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through phone and virtual interviews
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, both active and passive
- Track and report applicant flow, recruiting metrics, and hiring progress
- Partner with Branch Managers and Regional Leadership to develop recruiting strategies aligned with client goals and timelines
- Support onboarding processes, including application guidance and pre-employment steps
- Provide administrative recruiting support to branches, including managing job orders and candidate submissions
Market Expansion & Pipeline Development
- Recruit for new markets and clients where no branch presence exists
- Build talent pipelines in advance of account launches and ramp-ups
- Support national growth initiatives by identifying and engaging talent in new regions
Field & Onsite Support
- Travel to branch locations nationwide to support high-volume or critical staffing needs
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support onsite for new or existing accounts
- Assist branches during peak demand, training periods, or operational gaps
- Train new recruiters in real-time, applying best practices in live environments
- Establish candidate pipelines and ensure continuity before transitioning support back to the branch
- Deliver detailed reporting and insights to branch leadership upon project completion
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- 2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments
- Experience working with VMS/MSP systems (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple job orders and priorities simultaneously
- Must be able to travel 50%–75% of the time, often with 3–7 days’ notice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms Bullhorn preferred
- Canva or marketing content experience is a plus
