Highland Manor of Mesquite is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team.
We are a well-established skilled nursing facility serving the Mesquite community, providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. As a small-town facility, we take pride in maintaining a family-oriented environment where staff know each other and residents are treated with respect and dignity.
Our building maintains strong survey outcomes and operates with consistent leadership, clear clinical standards, and a daily focus on quality. We do not wait for survey to prepare — we maintain our standards year-round.
We are looking for a dependable nurse who values teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality resident care.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide skilled and long-term nursing care
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs on assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN or LPN license
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment
- Reliable attendance
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
