Job Summary:
RipTide Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to ensure the highest quality wash experience possible for our customers. Our Car Wash sales attendant is responsible for speaking to customers at the pay station and guiding them to the right plan.
Part-Time Car Wash Attendant Job Schedule:
- We are primarily seeking part-time applicants with the availability to work morning- mid- closing shifts. We close/open at 8am- 8 PM every day.
- We are fairly flexible regarding expected hours per week, but we are targeting somewhere in the 15-30hours per week range.
- This employee will be expected to work the occasional weekend shift. However, at least 7 days of notice will be given whenever this is the case.
Part-Time Car Wash Attendant Pay:
- Starting hourly rate: $15.50/hr.
- $10 commission for each unlimited wash club membership you sell (more on this in the interview).
Part-Time Car Wash Attendant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Safely guide customer vehicles onto our exterior wash tunnel conveyor.
- Prep customer vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Send vehicles through our wash tunnel.
- Observe vehicles going through our wash tunnel to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Provide the best possible customer service.
- All other duties as assigned by the location management team.
Part-Time Car Wash Attendant Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Prior car wash experience is preferred.
