Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LSW/LAC/LAMFT) – Full-Time, Hybrid, Paid Supervision
Role: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Full Time (W-2)
Location: Galloway,NJ (in-person & hybrid) – 1‑day orientation in Voorhees, NJ
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000 – $65,000 (experience-based)
- Productivity bonus: $38 per completed session above your monthly target
- Example: 20 sessions above target in a month = $760 bonus
- Typical fully-ramped earnings: ~$70,000 – $80,000/year based on caseload
Schedule & Hybrid Structure
- 40-hour workweek
- 26.25 face-to-face client hours/week (the rest is for notes, supervision, meetings, and admin)
- At least 2 weekday evenings required; no weekends required
- First 60–90 days: In-person training in Lawrenceville (plus 1-day orientation in Voorhees)
- After probation: 3 days from home / 2 days in office
- After full mastery (typically ~6 months): 4 days from home / 1 day in office
- Optional 4-day workweek available after probation, once productivity is met

What you’ll do
- Provide individual, family, and occasional group therapy to children, adults, and families
- Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
- Participate in supervision, monthly clinical meetings, and team meetings
What you need
- Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
- Active NJ LSW, LAC, or LAMFT
- Ability to work in person in Galloway, NJ for training and ongoing in-office days
- Strong clinical writing and willingness to learn our documentation standards
