We are seeking a Designer with 1 – 3 years relevant experience in architectural practice. Position is responsible for supporting team in project design and presentation, drafting design development and preparing construction documents. Position requires candidate to be self-motivated, responsible, efficient, and work in a team environment.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience
- BArch or MArch degree from an accredited university
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Client service oriented and creative problem solver
- Demonstrated computer savvy:
- Expert use of Revit and AutoCAD as construction document production tools (AutoCAD 3D-Studio or SketchUp a plus)
- Expert use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
