We are seeking an adventurous and personable ATV / UTV Tour Guide to lead guided tours, ensure the safety of participants, and provide an exceptional outdoor experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tour Leadership: Lead groups on scenic and adventurous ATV tours, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for all participants.
- Safety Oversight: Conduct pre-tour safety briefings, including instructions on ATV operation and safety protocols.
- Equipment Management: Inspect and maintain ATVs to ensure they are in proper working condition; report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Trail Navigation: Plan and follow designated tour routes while adjusting as needed based on weather or trail conditions.
- Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle minor injuries, breakdowns, or other emergencies during the tour.
- Environmental Awareness: Educate participants about local wildlife, geography, and trail etiquette, promoting responsible outdoor behavior.
