We are seeking an experienced Manager & Technical Lead to oversee a team of developers and drive the delivery, support, and evolution of our enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Workday. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management, requiring someone who can expertly navigate complex technical environments while guiding a team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
You will work closely with internal business partners, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and external vendor teams to ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned to organizational needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can seamlessly move between technologies and business groups, and consistently keeps the customer experience at the forefront.
Leadership & Team Management
Provide strategic direction to ensure successful delivery of break/fix work, enhancements, projects, and operational support across multiple platforms.
Technical Ownership & Delivery
Act as the technical lead across ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, O365, and Workday platforms.
Oversee design, configuration, customization, integrations, and technical problem-solving.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate effectively with MSPs and external vendors, ensuring quality delivery, escalations management, and alignment to SLAs.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing technical insight, guidance, and prioritization support.
Serve as a bridge across multiple platforms, ensuring integration, data flow, and user experience are optimized end-to-end.
7+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms, including at least two of the following: ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, O365, Workday.

Additional Details
Salary Range: US $150,000- $160,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations.
This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
