About the Role
As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the oversight of a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You’ll be the go to for both tenants and property owners, ensuring high standards of care, communication, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant and owner concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance coordination
- Manage move-in/move-out inspections and processes
- Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets for your portfolio
- Collaborate with vendors, support staff, and leadership as needed
- Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge and compliance with landlord-tenant laws
What You Bring to the Table
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years in residential property management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet platforms
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities
- Conflict resolution and team collaboration skills
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Willingness to submit to background and reference checks
- College degree preferred (but equivalent experience welcomed)
- Professional certification is a plus

Compensation:
$29-$34 per hour to start, plus commission opportunities.
