Position: Annual Giving Office Assistant
Purpose of Job: The Annual Giving Student Office Assistant for the Carroll is responsible for various tasks related to database upkeep, Advancement Outreach Center tracking, Grateful Saints event preparation and help with various annual giving campaigns. This position interacts with staff from the annual giving, development and communication divisions which work with alumni, students, donors and businesses that support Carroll College. Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to complete work accurately and on time.
Duties: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Qualifications: Must have the ability to work independently and demonstrate confidentiality. Previous knowledge or working experience with databases, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace is preferred, but not required. Confidentiality is vital within the Office of Institutional Advancement and all employees are required to sign a confidentiality statement. This position requires a consistent schedule throughout the semester with excellent communication if the schedule needs to be adjusted.
Employment Specifications: Work-Study preferred, but not required
Approximate Hours/Week: 10 – 15 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Length of Employment: Academic Year
Wage Rate: $12.00/hour
