What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate your team by working alongside them daily
- Deliver amazing customer experiences with every visit
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Oversee all restaurant operations and daily performance
- Train and develop team members for success
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of management experience (restaurant management is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Proven experience in shift management, scheduling, and customer service
