Coastal Ear, Nose, and Throat, LLC is seeking a dedicated Audiologist to provide high-quality hearing care for pediatric and adult patients in our Neptune, NJ practice. Our collaborative ENT team delivers comprehensive audiology services using advanced technology in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

In this role, you will perform audiological testing for pediatric and adult patients (age 6 months and older) and perform hearing aid services for pediatric and adult patients. BAHA experience a plus.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, with a bonus plan that rewards production. The role starts at $90,000 per year, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Strong clinical skills for pediatric and adult diagnostic testing
- Team Player
- Ability to develop effective relationships with patients
- Ability to conduct tests accurately and efficiently
- Neat, professional appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and cheerful attitude
- Knowledge of practice management and word processing software
- Familiarity with billing and coding
- Strong hearing aid sales skills
In addition to regular clinical duties, other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Meet with physicians to discuss patient care
- Attend team and staff meetings
- Perform other permanent and/or temporary duties assigned by manager and/or physicians
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctoral degree in audiology from an accredited college or university required
- NJ Audiology License required
