Our fast-growing residential painting company is hiring a Seasonal Project Manager Intern to support our production team during our busiest season.
This is a hands-on leadership internship — not a coffee-run position.
You’ll help manage real residential projects, coordinate crews, communicate with homeowners, and keep jobs on schedule during peak exterior painting season.
What You’ll Do
✔ Assist overseeing multiple residential painting projects
✔ Conduct jobsite visits and quality checks
✔ Communicate with homeowners throughout projects
✔ Help coordinate schedules and materials
✔ Support daily production tracking
✔ Assist with problem-solving on active jobs
✔ Assist with some around-the-jobsite marketing opportunities
This role is approximately 80% field / 20% office.

Schedule
Season runs May through November
40–50 hours per week during peak season.
Compensation
This is a performance-based internship.
- $700 per week base salary
- Weekly performance bonus opportunity
- Target earnings equivalent to $800-1,000 per week at full performance
- Allowance for mileage & fuel
Bonus is based on job quality, schedule coordination, and customer communication during the peak season.
High performers can significantly increase their weekly pay through execution and leadership.
This is a temporary seasonal role. Exceptional performers may be considered for future seasonal or full-time opportunities, but continued employment is not guaranteed.
