Position summary
Provide high-level technical solutions and ongoing support for client environments. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, virtualization, network, cloud, and database issues; manage projects and client relationships. This is an on-site position — relocation or local commute required; no remote option.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and server support (Windows client and server environments).
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra).
- Manage virtualization (Hyper-V preferred) and Windows Server configuration.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices (firewalls, switches, routers, APs).
- Support SQL Server databases.
- Perform onsite client visits, remote support, documentation, and project work.
- Maintain documentation, security best practices, and disaster-recovery procedures.
Position Standards:
- Experience supporting business level technology solutions for a minimum of five years
- Associate’s or higher degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
- Relevant and current technology certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record required
- Background check and drug screen required upon request
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years supporting business IT environments.
- Strong Windows client & server, networking, and Microsoft 365 experience.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen if requested.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications (MCSA/Azure/AWS, CompTIA Network+/Security+, etc.).
- Scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and familiarity with virtualization or cloud.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field.
Physical Requirements:
Position requires a combination of sitting and physical activity (standing, walking, bending, kneeling); requires lifting/carrying up to 75 lbs, climbing/working from ladders 6 ft or higher, and use of hand/power tools.
Position Information:
Salary is negotiable, according to individual qualifications. This position is an exempt salary position. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Employer is an equal opportunity employer. Position is based in Morristown, TN.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
