Full Job Description

Contract Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) position for a 13‑week assignment near Magnolia, AR. The role offers competitive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to provide high‑quality respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory therapy treatments, including Updraft Therapy and blood gas administration.

Operate and monitor ventilators, BIPAP/CPAP machines, and perform routine EKGs.

Assess patient needs, adjust treatment plans, and document clinical procedures accurately.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.

Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program or equivalent.
BLS, ACLS, CRT or RRT credential, and valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
Minimum 2 years of pulmonary therapy experience with proficiency in Updraft Therapy, blood gases, ventilators, BIPAP/CPAP, and EKGs.
Ability to work independently as sole RT, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and physical ability to perform shift duties including emergency situations.
