Position: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Hospice Care
Location: Franklin and Delaware OH

Compensation: Starting at $18.00+ per hour based on availability, performance and attendance
Schedule: Full-time | Hours vary between 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM, with some weekends required
Female aides preferred, males welcome
Job Summary:
BrightStar Care is currently hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home, support to clients in the Northwest Columbus area. This position involves assisting individuals with personal care and daily tasks in their home environment. Flexible shifts are available based on caregiver availability and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors
- Follow client-specific care plans and documentation procedures
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle)
- Must be able to speak/write fluent English
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
